Combined Postage Orders

If your order contains multiple pre-order items with different release dates, dispatch will take place once all items are available, unless separate postage has been arranged in advance.

Pre-Order Cancellation Terms

Our pre-orders operate on a two-month advance ordering schedule. This means titles are often ordered with suppliers well before the official release date.

* Pre-orders may only be cancelled before supplier orders are submitted
* Once a book has been ordered on your behalf, cancellation is no longer possible
* If you are unsure whether an item can still be cancelled, please message us through eBay as soon as possible

Why This Policy Is in Place

Many comics, graphic novels, toys, and collectibles are allocated or specially ordered in advance. Once we commit to purchasing stock for your order, we are unable to reverse that supplier order.
