Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Greatest Of All Time Comics aka GOAT Comics. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription and Cancellations

• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations do not apply to books that have already been ordered on your behalf.

• Preorder Cancellations: If you have preordered any books, you are allowed to cancel your preorder at any time before the item has been ordered (FOC dates are generally about a month before release). Once the item has been ordered in your behalf, the cancellation policy is no longer applicable.

2. Payment for Orders

• By subscribing, you agree to pay for any books that have already been ordered for you, including any items in pre-order status that are processed and shipped prior to your cancellation.

• Subscription fees or order payments are non-refundable once an order has been processed.

3. Returns and Damaged Items

• No Returns: We do not accept returns for any reason other than damaged goods.

• Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. Please include photographic evidence of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

4. Delivery and Shipping

• All shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are subject to change. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like shipping delays.

Preorders will be shipped together on the release date of your latest item.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• GOAT Comics reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes via email or a prominent notice on our website.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once they have been shipped. However, we will do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner.
